RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you change your mind about your purchase, please return items in a sellable, unworn, and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you a refund which will exclude postage costs.
Please allow up to 5 – 7 business days for this to be processed from the day you return the products.
Please note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any scarves, jewellery, Air-fresheners, and food items purchased due to hygiene reasons. Please also note perfumes are not returnable once opened (if seal is broken). Loose perfume oils are not returnable.

RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require inspection so please retain all packing material as well taking pictures.
NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
